Sotiris Lioukras was born in Florina in 1962. He graduated from ASKT. Athens in 1985 (Diploma in painting, Giannis Moralis Workshop). He has held eight solo exhibitions (France, Athens, Thessaloniki, Lemnos, Kozani) and has participated in many group exhibitions in Greece and abroad. He teaches at the Department of Fine and Applied Arts of the University of Western Macedonia. He lives and works in Florina.
