Product Prices

All prices presented in our online store include VAT.

Ochrablue.com reserves the right to adjust prices as the prices of jewelry depend on the international prices of precious and semi-precious stones and metals.

Shipping costs are free for all purchases of any value.

The charge for the shipment is determined based on the pricing policy of ELTA courier.

For purchases up to the amount of 300 euros in total and only for Greece, you have the opportunity to pay the total amount due for your purchases to the carrier, at the time you receive it. Cash on delivery cost is noted in the order.

2. By deposit in a bank account

You can deposit the total amount due for your purchases in the bank account of the Ochra Blue Art Space (please see account details below).

The process of clearing your payment is undertaken by the NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE thus ensuring the absolute security of your transaction.

We do not collect or store your credit card information in any way. This is why you need to re-register them every time you use your credit card for transactions.

Returns Policy

You have the right to request a “refund” and return the products, strictly within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the package.

In this case you will bear the costs of transporting the products, insurance costs and customs clearance costs for countries outside the European Union.

Once we receive the email, we will send you the special “refund” form which you will complete and send via email to info@ochrablue.com.

Prerequisites for your application to be accepted are for each product you wish to return:

To be in excellent condition, inside its packaging, intact and unused.

Be accompanied by the original receipt and all other purchase documents.

In case the above conditions are met, we will return the amount you have paid to a bank account that you indicate to us within 30 calendar days from the day of receipt and approval of the good condition by the store, of the returned product.

The store does not bear any responsibility for any damage and wear of the products after their use and in no case is it obliged to replace them. Also the store is not responsible in case of loss or destruction of the product during the transfer of the return.

Caution: We do not exchange or refund money for all items made to order, special orders and constructions, rings that have been resized as well as earrings for hygiene reasons.
